The rules for using this website. Paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you send through it. By browsing the site or using the contact form, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Paid work is different. Every engagement with VYAD Technologies LLP is governed by a separate written agreement — a statement of work, master services agreement, or signed proposal covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, and intellectual property. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.
The content on this site
Everything published here — the writing, design, code, brand marks, and the V.Y.A.D name and logo — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read the site, print pages, and share links to it for your own business evaluation. You may not republish our content as your own, sell it, scrape it in bulk, use it to train a model, or lift the design and pass it off as your work. If you want to quote us or write about us, get in touch — the answer is usually yes.
Information, not advice
The material on this site describes what we do in general terms. It is not technical, security, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation you should act on without talking to us about your actual situation. Every system is different, and the right answer for one client is frequently the wrong one for another.
Case studies, metrics, and stack listings describe particular past engagements under particular conditions. They are illustrative. They are not a promise of the same outcome for you, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of any specific result.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract, a retainer, or any obligation on either side. It starts a conversation. Nothing said in that conversation binds us until there is a signed agreement, and any estimate, timeline, or price we discuss before scoping is indicative only.
We treat what you tell us in an enquiry as confidential and use it only to respond and to scope potential work. Even so, please do not send us trade secrets, credentials, personal data about third parties, or anything you would not want sitting in an inbox — ask us for a secure channel or an NDA first, and we will set one up.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement, and we are not obliged to give a reason.
Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Send unsolicited advertising, spam, or bulk enquiries through the contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's availability for anyone else
- Harvest data from the site by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing
On that fifth point specifically: we are a security firm, we welcome good-faith disclosure, and we would far rather hear from you first. Write to hello@vyadtech.com before you test anything, and we will tell you what is in scope.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. Keeping your own devices and network secure is your responsibility.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience or attribution. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their terms, not ours, when you get there.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, this website is provided "as is" and "as available", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, in relation to it. We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated saving, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability arising from your use of this website will not exceed a nominal sum, because the site is provided free of charge — liability for paid work is dealt with in the engagement agreement, not here.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not deprive you of protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the version that applies, and the revision date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
