01The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third-party tracker. Fonts are served from our own domain, not Google's. The only personal data we receive through this site is what you type into the contact form and choose to send us.

The longer text below explains what happens to that data, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. If you would rather just ask a person, write to hello@vyadtech.com and a human will answer.

02Who we are

VYAD Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our") is an engineering studio providing software development, artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT consulting services. For the purposes of data protection law we are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@vyadtech.com. We aim to answer within one business day.

03What we collect

We collect only what you hand us, plus the minimum our host records to keep the site online and defended.

Contact form
Your first name, last name, email address, company name, the service areas you tick, and the message you write. All of it is optional except first name, email, and message — those are what we need in order to reply at all.
Email and calls
If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence and anything you include in it.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical data for every request: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, and user-agent string. This is generated automatically by the infrastructure, is used for security and reliability, and is not linked by us to any individual.

We do not collect special category data, we do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not build advertising profiles. Please do not send us confidential client information, credentials, or sensitive personal data through the contact form — it is not the right channel for it, and we will ask you to move to a secure one.

04Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, and no first-party or third-party analytics, advertising, session-recording, or fingerprinting technology runs on it. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Web fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other font provider. If we ever add analytics, this section changes first, and a notice goes up before it goes live.

05Why we process it, and on what basis

To answer you
We use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry and to have the conversation you started. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
To deliver work
Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, we process contact data to perform the contract and to administer the relationship.
To keep the site up
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security, availability, and integrity of our infrastructure.
To meet obligations
Where law requires us to retain records — tax, accounting, statutory — we do so on the basis of legal obligation.

We do not send marketing email to people who have merely used the contact form. If we ever run a mailing list, it will be opt-in and separately consented to.

06Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions only:

Netlify
Hosts this website and receives contact form submissions. Netlify processes the form contents and server request logs. Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States.
Email and productivity providers
Our business email and document tools hold correspondence and any files exchanged in the course of an engagement.

We may also disclose data where we are legally compelled to, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. If our business is ever restructured or acquired, personal data may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy travels with it.

07International transfers

We operate from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and work with clients and providers in other countries, so personal data may be processed outside the country you are in — including in the United States, where our hosting provider operates. Where we transfer data across borders we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses, and we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that the data stays protected to a comparable standard.

08How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere
Deleted within 24 months of the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Client records
Kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as we need them for contractual, tax, and statutory purposes — typically eight years.
Server logs
Retained on our host's standard schedule, generally no more than 30 days.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over the personal data we hold about you. We honour these requests regardless of whether the law in your jurisdiction strictly compels us to.

  • Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy of it
  • Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
  • Have your data erased where we have no overriding reason to keep it
  • Object to, or ask us to restrict, processing based on legitimate interests
  • Receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
  • Complain to your data protection authority

To exercise any of these, email hello@vyadtech.com. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not charge you or make the site worse for you because you asked. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10Security

The site is served over HTTPS with transport encryption, strict content-type and framing headers, and a referrer policy that limits what leaks to third parties. Internally, access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, on accounts protected by multi-factor authentication.

We build security systems for a living, which is exactly why we will not claim that any system is impossible to breach. If we ever suffer a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires, and we will tell you what actually happened.

11Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to hello@vyadtech.com and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We update this policy when what we do changes. The revision date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text.

Questions about this document? Email hello@vyadtech.com and a person will answer within one business day.
